Aerospring Graden enables efficient, soil-free plant growth on balconies or rooftops by using stacked containers with nutrient-rich water, maximizing space and water usage. Automated watering and LED grow lights enhance plant growth, making it perfect for city dwellers seeking fresh produce in limited spaces.

Hydroponics is the technique of growing plants using a water-based nutrient solution rather than soil, and can include an aggregate substrate, or growing media, such as vermiculite, coconut coir, or perlite.

Before implementing Odoo ERP, Aerospring Hydroponics had faced several operational challenges:

Complex to manage Finance:

As Aerospring Hydroponics working in a multuple countries, Its hard to make a consolidated finance and its complex to track the cost on every cost centers.

Complex to manage Manufacturing Line:

As Hydroponics required complex BOM and variants and due to that, raw material and Manpower planning was not properly Trackable and managed.

Inventory & Procurement Not Managed:

Many Hydroponics are Make to Order and due to that, raw material procurement was not properly managed.

Lack of real-time data:

Without an integrated facility, management was unable to see company transactions and stock in real time and was therefore unable to make well-informed decisions.

Compliance:

Due to a lack of centralised documentation and reporting tools, ensuring compliance with national and international requirements has proven challenging.

Phase 1: Assessment and Planning
